Abstract : Neurodevelopmental disabilities are affecting the functions of neurological system and the brain. Types if neurodevelopmental disorders include Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual disorder, Specific Learning disorder, Communication disorder, Motor disorder and Cerebral Palsy. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder includes behaviour disorders such as Inattention, Hyperactivity/Impulsivity, Oppositional/Defiant disorder, Conduct disorder and Anxiety/Depression.

Abstract : Psychological well-being is one’s level of psychological happiness/health, encompassing life satisfaction and feelings of accomplishment. Psychological wellbeing encompasses the person’s perspective on life, including not only perceptions of physical health but also of self- esteem, self-efficacy, relationships with others and satisfaction with life. Aim of the present study is to find out the effectiveness of Cognitive behaviour therapy in promoting psychological wellbeing among Old aged persons. Many Old aged persons, living at Old Age Homes, are not happy. 500 Old aged persons are administered with Psychological Wellbeing Scale. 120 Old aged persons with poor psychological wellbeing are identified as a sample for the present study. 60 Old aged persons are allotted to each control and experimental group, 30 males and 30 females in each group.

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to investigate and document the challenges facing Open and Distance Learning students at the Central Christian University (CCU) and other institutions of higher learning in Malawi. The study was conducted at CCU Blantyre main study centre with 8 institutions which offer programs on ODL. The study employed both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The main data collection techniques were questionnaires and structured interviews, supplemented by documentary review. Tables, frequencies and percentages were the key descriptive statistics used to analyse and present the findings. The results showed that ODL learners were challenged with a range of obstacles in their course of studies. The most reported challenges were lack of sufficient time for study, difficulties in access and use of ICT, ineffective feedback and lack of study materials. It was recommended that CCU should strive to achieve effective and balanced teaching and learning system that

Abstract : Stress is common induces to every human work life .it study was concentrated on government and private employees, the 200 sample size was adopted in this factors level identified stress degrees in mild moderate, severe, profound, which are these compares to both employees .The result found there is significant differences in government and private employees at p value is < 0.01level mean score is 15.36 sd is 6.31‘t’ value is 3.06
